My perfect day would start with brunch at Plow   in Potrero Hill. The Plow Platter is the stuff dreams are made of! They have great lemon ricotta pancakes too. Get there early though, as there is always a line on the weekends.

Can I have a second brunch? I also love 20th Century Cafe in Hayes Valley. For starters, the tables are marble and the dishes are all mismatched vintage, making it an Instagrammer’s dream! The food is equally lovely and tastes amazing. Don’t forget to finish your meal with some Russian Honey Cake.

Because I eat so much, I like to stay active to keep things in balance. Luckily, San Francisco is a great walking city and has many options for outdoor activities. I love to hike along Lands End, for it’s gorgeous views ocean & Golden Gate Bridge views. It’s also a great place for a picnic.

A visit to San Francisco isn’t complete without a stop at the beautiful Painted Ladies. They never get old and Alamo Square Park is great for people-watching. This place probably has the highest density of selfies and selfie sticks in San Francisco.

By now it’s second coffee time, and obviously a snack. The Mill has great vibes and some of the best ‘fancy toast’ in San Francisco. Spending $4 on toast (which is amazing and worth every penny!) is very San Francisco.

One of my favorite neighborhoods is the Mission. With its strong Latino character, it’s literally like being transported to another country. Walk up and down both Valencia Street and Mission Street to find amazing restaurants and great boutiques! I also love Balmy Alley, which connects Mission and Valencia between 17th & 18th. It’s full of gorgeous colorful murals and is constantly changing.
